Note: I do water down my juice and have it with ice so about 12oz or so is water
Note: prep time and clean up time is a big portion of juicing, allow at least 45 minutes
Pre-prep: Cut up apples and ginger and citrus
Pre-prep: zip lock bag prepare fruits and veggies so easy to juice during the week
Pre-prep: prep kale, apples, banana, and parsley in baggies and FREEZE. When ready to make smoothies add 2 cups of cold water and let mix defrost for a bit so the blender doesn't have to work too hard. Helps if you have a blendtec or vitamix
